What's the difference between Reward Points and Tier Credits?

Reward Points are your spendable currency — redeem them for food, merchandise, and experiences. Tier Credits accumulate separately and determine your membership tier; they are never spent.

How do I check in?

Sign in on this site and navigate to your Dashboard. Make sure you are on-site, allow a fresh location check, enter the rotating venue code shown on the casino floor, select your game, and hit Check In.

Does redeeming Reward Points lower my tier?

No. Tier status is based on your total lifetime Tier Credits earned — spending Reward Points on rewards has no effect on your tier.

Can I combine or split my Reward Points across more than one reward?

Yes. Your Reward Points are one balance you can spend across as many catalog items as you like — you don't have to redeem it all on a single reward. For example, if you have 50 points, you could redeem 25 Poker Chips today and save the remaining 25 toward a bigger reward, or wait until a smaller-cost item (like everyday merchandise) is available and split your balance between the two.

How does tier progress work?

Tier Credits accumulate toward your membership tier. Current tiers and thresholds are shown on this page. You earn Tier Credits per qualifying hour of play.
